What is Transaction Management? We provide the fiduciary oversight on property purchase procedures and processes in Turkey, on behalf of, and in the interests of you, the client.
Why is Transaction Management necessary? Essentially, to ensure the intended property has free and clear title, is fit for intended purpose, and the transaction proceeds to completion with a minimum of risk and adequate comfort for the purchaser.
There is no standard procedure for property purchase in Turkey. Instead, various local practices have evolved, and these are not always in the best interests of the purchaser.
Often, the purchaser is not aware of
alternative best practice, until substantial sums have been parted with, and the purchaser is no longer in a position to secure appropriate transaction terms.
